For the best result, please upload a clear, good-quality photograph. Original photos are recommended where possible, rather than screenshots or photos taken from social media.
Please avoid blurry, very dark or heavily cropped images. If possible, choose a photograph where the person or pet is clearly visible and not cut off.
We will always do our best to work with the photograph you provide. If we feel there may be an issue with the quality of your image, we may contact you before creating your order.
