Processing Times
All of our items are handmade to order.
Please allow 2–5 working days for your order to be designed, created, and prepared for dispatch.

During busy periods (such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and Christmas), processing times may be slightly longer. We will always do our best to keep you updated.

UK Shipping
We offer delivery across the United Kingdom using trusted postal services.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Tracked Delivery: 1–3 working days

International Shipping
We currently ship to selected international locations including Ireland, Europe, and the United States.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Ireland & Europe: 5–10 working days
  • USA & Rest of World: 7–14 working days

Please note that delivery times can vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Duties, Taxes & Customs (No Hidden Fees)
We ship all international orders using a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) service.

This means:

  • All duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated and included at checkout
  • You will not be charged anything extra on delivery

Occasionally, customs delays may still occur, but there will be no additional fees to pay upon arrival.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

While we aim to dispatch and deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to postal services or customs.
